Redstone Group was formed in 1997 when two childhood friends joined forces to fulfill a lifelong dream of partnering together in a business venture. Gary Hensch and Mark Buddy, who have known each other since their kindergarten days at Huff Elementary School, are the CEO and President of Redstone Group, which is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They are committed to developing condominium communities that respect the history and the natural beauty of the land that they occupy.
The company began with one condominium community in Holland and has now grown to include communities in Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and Grand Haven as well as several communities in Grand Rapids. The communities vary from middle to high-end price ranges and offer a number of different floor plans and styles. In keeping with Redstone Group’s philosophy, the density of homes on the sites is kept as low as possible. Outstanding sites that offer spectacular views and a feeling of privacy have become the hallmark of Redstone Group condominiums.
