June 2011- November 2011 – Special promotion! Purchase a new home through December 31, 2011, you will receive a family golfing membership at the Boulder Creek Golf Club.
- September 2011 – Second buyer just moved into their new completed home this month! We have another home under construction, available for occupancy December 2011. Another new home will begin construction in November, for occupancy February 2012.
